Warning: This is going to be a very photo-heavy post. Also, I announced the giveaway winners below!
I think I’ll just let the pictures speak for themselves.
Well, the time change is here, and unfortunately, it’s one of the causes of Seasonal Depression. For those who don’t know what seasonal depression is (otherwise known as Seasonal Affective Disorder, abbr. SAD), it’s a type of depression that often occurs during the same season each year – for most, that season is mid fall through winter. Causes can be: lack of vitamin D (which is naturally derived from the sun), the time change, lack of sleep, lack of exercise, and other causes still not known.
My friend Hannah is one of the seniors I mentioned back in August. We had the opportunity to go and take her pictures this past Saturday and we had so much fun!
I kind of feel like October has been one big slump for me. I didn’t really accomplish anything worthwhile this month and I didn’t really try either. I’m not going to go into details, but I am going to try a lot harder this November to be a #girlboss and sit on top of things and get them done. I’m kind of humiliated about the goals I didn’t accomplish in October so I’m going to just skip over them and get to November. I only accomplished reading through Mathew, 1st & 2nd Timothy, buying a record player, and writing a food post out of my six goals and the other ones should have been easier.
