Hi friends, and Happy Holidays!
Has it been too long since your last family portrait? Did you end up sending out an old photo on your holiday card last year because you waited too long to book a session?
You can change that this year, and you can do it right now! I’m offering a limited number of exclusive holiday mini-sessions for the first time!
Of the many influential people in my life, there is one who stands like a beacon: my mother. I have never met anyone like her in my life. I know that I am not the only one who sees her kindness to others, her servant’s heart and her perseverance. She sets an example to anyone who crosses her path, and truly cares for others. She reminds me of the Proverbs 31 woman, especially verse 27: “She looks well to the ways of her household, and does not eat the bread of idleness.”
A few days ago, I had the chance to photograph this lovely girl! We went for a country-ish vibe and I think it’s just so cute with the fall colors. The leaves are just starting to change, and although the temperatures are still in the 80s around here, it’s starting to look like fall! Hannah was so so easy to photograph and is so beautiful with her red hair and eyes! We had tons of fun walking around at my favorite country/farm setting in Mills River, NC. And that vintage guitar! So pretty. I’m looking forward to getting more photoshoots with autumn colors as we approach this wonderful season!
Not too long after launching Aria Photo, this sweet girl’s dad contacted me about a photoshoot for her for her ninth birthday. He told me that she loved baking, and we decided to do some baking photos (and other photos) at their home in Asheville, NC. She made some cupcakes while I was there, and we got some really great pictures of her baking! Emma was so much fun – she was full of ideas for props and posed so easily and naturally. Plus I am amazed at how much she knows about baking at only nine years old – seriously? She is so talented!
