Hello, dears! I wanted to get at least one more New Year’s post out. I’ve been thinking about goals and the concept of choosing one word to define your year. So I thought I’d share some of my thoughts here, with y’all.
Hey, you guys! Happy 2019! How was your New Year?
Originally this was supposed to be my 2019 reading list, but after I scheduled it I had a sinking feeling that it was going to be awfully boring. XD So a few days later I rewrote it. Then it got too long. XD Today I’m going to surmise some books I am planning to read!
Howdy, folks! This post is brought to you from…my brother’s room, where I’m currently staying. 😝 My aunt from Canada is here this week and she has my room, so I’m bunking with the bro. Hopefully I’ll still be around after I try to surface from ham radio magazines, dirty jeans and little pieces of paper. (WHY ARE THERE LITTLE PIECES OF PAPER ALL OVER HIS ROOM?)
Just a little warning…this post is different from the types of posts I write, but I’m planning to write more serious-type posts in the future.
For several years, I have been obsessed with one thing. Every time I put on makeup, it consumes my thoughts. Every time I put together an outfit. The way I talk. The way I communicate through emails. I’ve gone through hair transformations, faced a fear, and pushed boundaries. And I have deceived people by twisting my words around to make them believe what I want them to believe.
Hey, you guys!
I’m sure most of you know that I love reading. If you don’t, you know now! There’s nothing like curling up with a good novel, or learning from an author skilled in expository teaching. I read all the time, and I’m blessed to have a best friend who also loves reading. We both like the same types of books as well, but often end up reading different ones.
