New Topics, New Tagline, and a Small Survey

Hey ladies! Thank you all so much for your excellent feedback relating to my most recent post! That was so helpful, and today I’m announcing some changes! Y’all may have already noted that the categories on my menu have changed, and from now on, I’m going to be filling those categories up with posts. :)

I must be really passionate about these topics: modest fashion, Christian life, womanhood, and culture – because I currently have around 30 blog post ideas! O.o

From now on, I am going to be focusing on posting once per week. I’m going to try my best to keep things consistent around here, and I’m very excited about entering into these topics.

I’ve also added a statement of faith page.

To launch this all, I’ve created a survey! It’s going to be completely anonymous, but the answers will help me a TON so I can see exactly how to direct the topics I write about. You can take the survey here – and thank you so much!

Also, drop your post ideas below in the comments!

A couple things before I go:

  • I am 100% not going to stop posting personal life and photography! I will probably just mix the two. As far as photography education goes, I would LOVE to help with that, but I think I’m going to wait on that. For now, if you have photography education questions, just contact me directly or head over to my photography teachers’ blog.
  • This is a disclaimer: I DO NOT KNOW EVERYTHING. I’m sure that doesn’t come as a surprise, but please know, that as I write on these more serious topics, I’m seriously just sharing my thoughts, based upon what God has convicted me on. I am indeed a convicted person, and very serious about my faith – but I am not exactly dogmatic, because as God continues to sanctify me, He may bring to light things I have been wrong on! I have a depraved understanding of Scripture, and a young understanding. I’m only (nearly) 18, and I haven’t been studying the Bible for years and years or had any formal hermeneutic training. If you believe differently about something, don’t feel afraid to drop a question in the comments! I want you all to know, however, that I will strive to base everything I say upon the only infallible resource we have – the Bible. God’s Word is the only thing that decides what is true and what is not true, and I will support what the Bible says with my life.

Thank you all for following me on this journey! I hope you all will be encouraged and uplifted by the posts I plan to write, and that God will sanctify and edify us all through this. Including myself. :)
